Parnassus Investments is committed to supporting initiatives that enhance the communities where we work and live. Employees are encouraged to contribute to charities and non-profit organizations and to volunteer in community service agencies, organizations, schools and other similar groups.
Parnassus will provide a 2:1 match up to $10,000 per year on your donations to charities and non-profits. You're also encouraged to utilize your 4 days (32 hours) of paid volunteer time each year to receive a $25/hour Dollars for Doers credit to use as a donation to a nonprofit of your choice.
